We believe in making high-quality, custom products while being mindful of our impact. That's why your product is custom-made after you place your order. This approach helps us to save costs, reduce waste, and lower our overhead, benefits we can then pass on to you!

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted. 

What is your return policy?

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you after you place your order, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please make sure to carefully review your order, including sizing, colors, and design, before finalizing your purchase. In addition, after your order is placed a confirmation email is sent out with your order details. Please make sure to review this to ensure everything is okay. If not, contact us ASAP and we will work with you to modify or cancel the order.

However, your satisfaction is important to us! If there's an issue with your order due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defect in the product, printing error), please contact us within 25 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

To help us resolve any issues quickly, please provide your order number and clear photos of the item in question when you contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes, however it is critical that you contact us immediately. The upon ordering your product is sent in queue to be custom made at the factory. Therefore, the sooner you contact us, the more likely we will be able to modify, make changes, or cancel the order. Please note, as per our policy - these items are custom made for the customer and cannot be refunded once the factory completes the printing.

We accept major credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Payments processed through PayPal.
